How to get a Bible
If you are interested in reading the Bible then we would love to hear from you. We will even deliver a free Bible to you if you live in Chaddesden or you can pick up one at St Philip’s! Please fill in the form below for your own free Bible.

The Bible is a big book, in fact it is 66 books in one. We recommend you start with one of the gospels like the Gospel of Luke which can be found in the New Testament, it is basically a biography of the life of Jesus on earth.

There are lots of good Bible translations. If you are not sure which one to read, then we would recommend a modern clear translation like the New International Version.

The Bible isn’t always easy to understand especially if you are new to it. But we would love to help you understand it.
